Digital Producer

It may be hard to picture exactly what a Digital Producer does. For a quick recap it's equal parts Project Management, content development and user experience design; engaging with on and offshore Dev teams with delivery, scope, budget and milestones at front of mind; translating client briefs into workable, manageable, sprint based deliverables; constantly iterating towards clarity of vision and communicating that with as little jargon to stakeholders as possible.

Working between Agile, Scrum and Waterfall frameworks, a Digital Producer translates an online project (software build, CRM platform, website - any online content) into a pipeline of digestible units for onshore and offshore Dev

teams, builds Gantt charts for Management and Exec and presents reports to project steering committees.

I've worked as Digital Producer for both the Health and Financial services sector, so an understanding of content sensitivities and information security is always in mind.

Being fully WCAG 2.0 trained, I'm aware of the obligations of companies operating in current climates, with an eye on risk minimisation, project scaling and company growth.

While a lot of the projects built to date have their own legal sensitivities, below is a brief list of completed and public domain projects.
